Vadim Asadov, President & CEO

As president and CEO, Vadim Asadov is responsible for NeurOK's overall strategy & business development. Mr. Asadov is a young and at the same time experienced entrepreneur with more than 7 years of management experience, providing him with a uniquely valuable view of the industry. Most recently, Mr. Asadov served as CFO of TransNeft trading house, the leading Russian oil-pipeline company. At TransNeft, Mr. Asadov was responsible for improving business processes of finance department as well as managing all financial flows - which he did successfully. Prior to his tenure at TransNeft, Mr. Asadov served as CEO of Russian Trust House 'C.A&Co. Ltd.' which he led to record sales growth and market penetration. He has also served as broker & assets manager at Russian Brokerage House 'C.A&Co. Ltd.'. Vadim Asadov graduated from Moscow State University with a M.S. in physics.

Sergey Shumsky, CTO & Vice President

With an extensive scientific background, including over 19 years of research and practical development in the field of artificial intelligence, Mr. Shumsky bears primary responsibility for NeurOK's technological vision. He has excelled in a broad range of research endeavors, from the theory of artificial neural networks and to the invention of several proprietary learning algorithms deployed in NeurOK's knowledge management products. He began his scientific career at Russia's leading academic institution, the - Lebedev Physics Institute, in 1981 and earned his Ph.D. in 1998. Mr. Shumsky also holds an M.S. with honors in theoretical physics from the Theoretical and Experimental Physics Department at Moscow's Physical Engineering Institute.

David Chechelashvili, Vice President, Marketing

As vice president of Marketing, David Chechelashvili is responsible for the global development of NeurOK's marketing strategy and direct and indirect sales channels. He brings more than 11 years of experience in domestic and international sales, marketing and customer partnership management to the company. Most recently, as director of service and consulting at MicroAge, Mr. Chechelashvili managed an 18 people department that provided consulting and systems integration services to insurance, banking/brokerage, retail, legal and manufacturing organizations. Prior to this, at Renaissance Capital, he managed customer relationships as well as some projects. Previously, Mr. Chechelashvili held a management consulting position at Deloitte & Touche, and a Systems Management position at US West Communications. He began his career at the Institute of Computational Mathematics, where he authored numerous articles on Artificial Intelligence over a period of five years. Mr. Chechelashvili received a M.S. in computer science from Georgia Tech and M.B.A. in marketing and finance from the University of Minnesota.
